Coaching is a conversational technique designed to help you identify and achieve personal goals.

This means we’ll explore your values, strengths, and challenges, and then map out goals and an action plan to make meaningful change for you.

Typical outcomes my clients experience from Life Coaching:

The what, where and how

Where?

We will work that out together. Sometimes people like to head outside and coach while we walk, some people prefer to do sessions by Zoom, others prefer a café or a quiet room. It depends where you’re located, your own personal preference and what works for the two of us.

Outdoor coaching

Outdoor coaching is the same coaching practice, but held outside - perhaps walking in a forest, along the beach or sitting on an outdoor bench. I love outdoor coaching as it can encourage a sense of freedom, calm, openness and energy. Being in nature can bring different perspectives and ways of thinking, and people who have experienced it often report improvements to both mental and physical wellbeing.

How it works

It all starts with a chat. Using powerful questioning techniques, I will help you get clear on what you really want in life. Then, together, we’ll create a practical, step-by-step action plan for you to reach these goals

I’ll support you, challenge you and encourage you through any changes or obstacles you may find along the way. You’ll learn tools, techniques and strategies to create lasting change in your life.
